Guest guest
Thanks so much! It really helps knowing that there is a communcation out there. I have a cousin and he is married to my bestfriend in Lancaster, PA. I have visited there and love it, it really is beautiful. Amish country and all the little antique shops, really quaint. I get my molds done on Friday and I am going to ask the orthodontist to put the heavy wire on so my teeth won't move at all. Then if the surgeon looks at the molds two weeks from now and everything is good then I have been stable for already two weeks (I guess the surgeon wants no movement in my teeth for 4-6 weeks). Then I guess somewhere two weeks before surgery he will do another set of molds and do the surgery on the molds and then procceed with my actual surgery. Does this all sound like the procedure you're going through? We may end up moving out of state so things are crazy and it is important to get this done now. Of course we don't want to push it if I am not ready (teeth wise). It is nice to talk with you, thanks for responding...I look forward to future chats:-)
Guest guest
All I can say is that I admire your magic touch for evoking a response. And I do not intend anything nasty in that, but just know that so many of us have tried, before. To silence/ Hello??? " I don't have any interest in allowing co-moderators, I think it > would only complicate things! " Ummm... How? I don't want her turf, for sure. But to let someone else who would keep an eye on things and simplify for all, in my pea- brain, anyhow, would not be complicating. But I don't want a feud with anybody. Honest. I think she is saying that the posted photos are closed history, which is a shame for folks like Kat from the UK, who posted stuff here she later hoped to use for a university project. (She was very young, had a difficult underbite and had overcome the difficulties of appearance and much harassment to have quite wonderful results -- and was, in fact, offered a position at her surgeon's office when she had completed her schooling, so great is her attitude.) Oh well. I suppose that reminds us all to back up, back up, back up. Myself, I don't want any back up of how I looked before, after or forevermore! And yes, it is ridiculous, in my book.
