I've been drinking the high protein formula of Ensure and juicing a lot of fruits and vegetables. My parents have also been adding ground up pine nuts to my drinks for the extra protein. When I want something a little more substantial, I'll have a creamy soup and that usually keeps me full for a while. I'm still on a full liquid diet because I'm banded tightly, but I try to have a " meal " every 1.5 to 2 hours and sleep a ton. I feel like keeping semi-regular eating and sleeping cycles makes me a little more energetic. I hope this helps! Good luck!
