Guest guest
This is pretty much what I've been doing...and gaining a pound a day on. I decided to write down everything that passed my lips today, and it's pretty representitive of what I have been doing of late...with the exception of the occasional meal out...when I order a salad..and eat a small portion of it. Okay, here goes: Tuesday 11/26/02 Wt 136 (up from 130) 10 am Protein shake with a few frozen strawberries. 11 am 1 egg, a sprinkle of cheese, 1 tomato slice on a buttered tortilla 12 pm Protein shake Ice/water 2:20 Protein shake Ice/water 4 pm Protein shake Ice/water 5:45 pm 1/2 " sq of cheese 6 pm Protein shake Ice/water 7:30 pm 1 med. Apple 1 TBS peanut butter 8 pm Protein shake Ice/water Will have a Protein shake with Strawberries at 10 PM. Hubby will verify this as he is with me day in and day out. The only difference in today's diet is that I added the egg and tortilla breakfast. Don't normally eat that. Sometimes at dinner I will have a bit of steak and a piece of potato. Other than that...that's it. I didn't add all my vitamins and water that I also poke in, in between...but that goes in too. I'm keeping this list to make sure I am staying straight as I say I am. Guest guest
Jacque, how long have you been doing this many " protein drinks? " Could it be possible that you are adding some much needed muscle weight?? Even if you aren't weight training your body can add muscle just with such an increase. I think it would be hard to add that much " fat " on that fast unless you were strictly eating carbs or garbage all day every day. There are soooo many factors that can contribute, fluid retention (monthly visitor), sometimes my body will suck water in if I am about to get sick, constipation? It seems as though you can't go wrong with what you are doing. How many months out are you?? Could this be rebound?? Hope you get some answers......how know how seriously frustrating this it.......I am still up 7 from my lowest!!!!!!! P.
