thanks to everyone who responded to this! it sounds like i need more

fruits and veggies and i've gotten some good ideas on how to blend

those. i've been craving peanut butter, but the cottage cheese

suggestion also sounded really yummy! i'll have to run out and go

shopping again - i THOUGHT i was prepared pre-op, but i guess

not. ;)

anyway, thanks again!

One other thought I had on getting addtional protein would be to soft

boil, poach, or fry and egg (sunny side up please)... That could be

blended pretty well and pushed through a syringe or zippy.

You do know you can blend peanut butter into a smoothie, don't you?

The standard recommendation is to do it into a chocolate shake...
