I believe the " all-natural " kind of p/b has NO sugar at all. When u open in

up, all the oil is sitting on the top; it doesn't get mixed and so if u don't

mix it up, the p/b will be pretty hard. Long time ago, I used to pour off the

oil and mix in some water to soften it.........

And PB is one of the palatable sources of Omega 6, too. So are peanuts.

Peanuts are more addictive than PB to me.
