Pam, this is just an academic question. Several years ago I was on a group

that concerned shy=drager, and I believe it turned into this group. Is

this correct? Thanks, Lou R.

Hi Lou,

Yes, the former group address was shy-drager@... Everyone

subscribed there was moved over in July of 2000 to eGroups which later

became Yahoo Groups. The old list software did not have web viewing and

message archiving capability and did not even allow for a digest version.

At the time of the move I volunteered to help out as moderator. Previously

the old group was moderated by Sylvia Dickinson who was the nurse/assistant

to Dr. on at Vanderbilt's Autonomic Clinic. Sylvia left her

job at Vanderbilt in 1999 I believe. The old list is no longer active.

Technically the " list owner " of the current group is still Vanderbilt

University as they pay a fee to Yahoo Groups to remove ads from our emails.

I think though that Yahoo has reneged somewhat on their agreement as these

ads seem to appear regularly on the website, though for now individual

emails sent to our inboxes have no ads attached.

Hugs,

Pam
