It's the " pay it forward plan " ! ;~) Get yourself to feeling better, and then it sounds to me like you need to figure out a way to make some nearby friends. Perhaps you could do some investigating in your spare time now to see what activities there are near you that might get you hooked up with some folks who share your interests and enthusiasms...
