Breakfast (when I wake up, around 10am): Flaxomeal cereal OR bacon and eggs OR salad Lunch: protein shake Supper: meat, low carb veggie After supper: another protein shake snack: munch on sunflower seeds walk 2 miles everyday, drink a gallon of water Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

FIRST the protein shake (protein foundation), then a little later, some solid bfast. Perhaps then a shake, then your light lunch or shake between these two Then dinner, then shake where the night-munchies wanna be?
