Hello, .

I think it's probably gonna take an ortho or a surgeon to answer your

questions -- maybe will take both.

Note: I do not know these people, and am not recommending nor

endorsing them. All I know about them is that they have pretty clear

pictures on their website!

By all means, since you're already seeing or planning to see an ortho

and an OS, ASK THEM!!! They're the ones you're paying for their

expertise.
