Sue,

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Hope all went well today. Sounds

like you are really having a time of it. You don't need it with all that is

going on with you right now. Just take it easy and take care of yourself. I

know easier said than done.

My sister was a Realtor for ERA. She found out how important she was when she

got sick. She went back to work after having a surgery and they had her

answering the phone for minimum wage and wouldn't let her work but a day or two

a week. Do you think they were trying to give her a hint!LOL Well it worked!

Take care and know I think of you often.

Lots of Love

Glenda

Thank you for the kind words. My husband usually talks most of it

out with me but it is in his own time. We have both lost our parents

and that was much different. This is harder because he is closer to

our age I think. I am patient, so I will wait him out. We have

gotten through alot in the past years we will get through this one

too!

Dear Glenda, are you sure we don't have the same husband? I seem to get bits

and pieces and then put them together. I wish you well over the next few

weeks. Your friend...Sue

Good Morning Marilyn, I'll tell you having panic attacks was the worst time

of my life. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. I got to the point I

didn't leave my house for years. Shouldn't say that, would go if someone took

me and I could hang on to them. heaven forbid I was alone in a store. I

really messed up my equalibrium. Then for some reason I started to get

better. Fought my fears, and bingo most went away. That was before I was

diagnosed. I do think all that " crap " was associated with the RP. Have a

great day, its raining here but suppose to only last a couple hours. Love, Sue

Hi Sue,

Yes, I have had panic attacks for years!!!! Still get them once in a

while, but not as bad. The medication (Zoloft) seems to have helped

with that. Used to be much worse.

Hope you are doing good. You are in my prayers. Love, Marilyn

Hi Sue,

It's sunny here today. We deserve some nice weather for a change. I

didn't get panic attacks when I left the house to go to the local

stores, usually. Other than I kept thinking I had left the water

run, or the stove on, or had left my cat outside. Several times we'd

get half way to Spokane and I would make my husband turn around and

go home so I could check to make sure. He'd get so blasted mad at

me. It's called obsessive compulsive disorder (I think). I still get

some panic when I hear a siren. That has gotten better. To me I was

always afraid one of my family had been in an accident. Now you all

know some of my fears, think I mentioned that I have hoof and mouth

disease. Still can't get in an airplane though. That's one of my

worst problems. I'm working on them. Without the meds I'd probably

be a basket case. marilyn

Dear Marilyn, yes that is ocb, which is different. Heck I checked on all of

them. Gratefully that's one I missed. would get so mad at me if we'd be

in a store and he couldn't go to sporting goods without me. Heaven forbid

anyone was out of range. My youngest son, who I think was 8-10 at the time

would have to take me shopping. If I got panicky he would have to take me to

the car even if we were only half way done with the shopping. Then of course

it got to the point where I just couldn't go to places with a lot of people.

I had to leave church during my father-in-laws funeral to get over an attack.

I did manage to regroup and go back...Thank You God.

Wouldn't you know today was good until about 3:30. Took the dog to the

groomer, then went shopping. I never go shopping but today I did. Did a bunch

of little stuff. Stopped at GNC and got a natural diaretic for my feet and

years ago I took a liver pill. So got that. Then I actually got some clothes.

Went to get the dog and he was having some sort of panic attack. He gets

seizures once in awhile but he wasn't doing that he was shaking. Ran in and

helped them somewhat finish him up, got out of there. He seems okay now, he's

8 years old, I think they may have hurt his back or hips. Just took him out

and he's bow legged in the back end.

When does someone cut me a break??? Love....Sue

Way to go Dawn, I know my Mom was on an Alzeiheimers med for awhile and after

20 calls a day and fighting and taking here to appointments every week, the

meds weren't working anyway, I told her to just stop. Of course she was

scared to be off them so I went back to her house and threw them out. She was

relieved. There was a joke I read once: Be nice to your kids, they pick out

your nursing home. Have fun in the mountains...Sue

Sue,

If you are losing your mind I am too!LOL Maybe I am and I don't realize it!LOL

It does drive you crazy not to get everything and mine is so crazy I don't know

how I would ever figure out which ones I have missed.

Hope you are doing okay today!

Lots of Love

Glenda

I also noticed that there will be a reply to something, or a joke, and I

don't get the original message. It does me feel better though, thought I was

loosing my mind...Love Sue

Sue, Yes it is the same thing. I'm really sorry for not answering

you sooner. I'm still not getting my mail. UGGHH. I was wondering

about the CoQ10 boosting the immune system... My cardiologist wants

me on it for my heart and is also hoping it helps the fibro. If I do

see flares or Rp coming on I will stop it and see if that is what is

causing the problem.

Since I started taking the Biaxin on a reg basis, I get real achey

and hurt all over like the flu. You will have to ask Connie H what

this is called, I can't remember. LOL But they recommend taking a

bath with epsom salts and after soaking for 20 min pour in the Hyd.

peroxide. It really helps me... Suppose to help pull out the toxins

the Biaxin is helping to get rid of. I'm still new at this....Connie

would have the answers for you. All I know is that I have felt better

than I have in a long time.... Not GREAT... just better and have a

good day here and there. lOL I'm with you...Lets be party animals

on the good days,, and hopefully they will out number the bad...

Hugs to you
