Ritz crackers

I've had a container of Ritz crackers staring me in the face ever

since my surgery, taunting me. I love Ritz. I've spent the past 9

days trying to figure out how to eat one and still have it be a

Ritz. Sogging it in broth takes the cracker-ness out of it. Today

I finally figured it out. I crumbled it over mashed potatoes.

Yum! It didn't get soggy, but it didn't get stuck to the roof of my

mouth, either.
