Guest guest
Ain't it the truth Sandy!!! It's a vicious cycle. The fibro keeps you awake because of the pain and lack of sleep makes the fibro worse. What's the solution??????? W >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Rene, My main problem with not getting enough sleep is it makes my fibro worse. Love Ya, Sandy > >
Guest guest
HI, I've been taking over the counter Tylenol PM and it seems to help me sleep. I take two about an hour before bedtime. With the fibro it seems to take me longer to go to sleep but once I'm sleeping I think it helps. We all have been frustrated with doctors and handing out presciptions like candy so I'm trying to find other outlets. I'm concerned that these presciptions stop working. Like the Plaquinel I've been on for two years caused my dermatitis, which seems to be the reason. My lesions are going away and I'm healing up. We have a strange disease and one doesn't work for the other but we all seem to go through the same things. Sue
Guest guest
Dawn and Sue, I just started using that too. I only take 1 tablet at night though and it has seemed to help some. I can't take regular doses of that stuff. It zonks me out and I have to be clear headed in the morning.
