Guest guest
Hey Peeps, I just got my blood results and I am NOT a happy camper. A year ago my levels were at 3.5 without taking any iron, so doc said to take 2 of whatever strength I'm taking now (the URL Polysacharide iron or something like that). I've been doing that rather religiously excepting for a few weeks before my blood work when I just kinda got lazy. I tried other iron but it gave me black sticky tar-y iron poops. Anyhow, now my labs showed that I'm down to 3.0 and doc says to take 1 additional pill per day. Well, that makes no sense to me. If I was taking nothing and was at 3.5 and am now taking 2 and went down to 3.0, then what the heck good is it going to do me to take just 1 more? And if I have to take more then that, where the heck am I gonna have time to get in my calcium? This doesn't make sense to me. Can you answer me directly to my e-mail (and post if you like), but this is really important to me, and lately there is SOOO much mail that comes thru the digest that I simply can't read it all. You know.... boyfriend and all :-) Oh, by the way, I don't know if it will help my iron or not --- you know it IS vegetables, but my latkes tonight were AWESOME. I now need to go wash the grease off my face. BYE! Judy in Chicago
