Hi all. I'm now approaching a month post op and close to two months

of being on this site. I noticed something I'd like to share.

My pre-month, I was panic girl, looking for advice, reassurance and

experienced stories, all of which were generously shared by you long-

timers.

Immediately post surgery, I moved to check-ins and verifying that

things were okay, in a sea of support and congratulations for being

on the other side.

Now I feel I am truly on the other side, which includes going from

the taker to the giver on info, doing my turn at resources and

generally passing on the good karma and support that was given to me.

I watch us all as we progress to that " other side " -- Kris, it was

your post that really brought this home to me. It's good to see you

clear of your challenges.

Anyway, long sappy note to a close, I just want to say I truly

appreciate this site, its members and the invaluable role it's

played in seeing me through this process.

To everyone who is still pre-op and weighing options, although it

might not seem like it right now, take my word for it, you'll see

yourself on the other side soon...in more ways than one.

All the best,

Fran
