Guest guest
Elaine, Good to see you post! Sorry to hear that you are having troubles again! Doctors always have to at least act like they know more than we do. My sister is still in limbo on her stuff. She goes to a rheumy on Tuesday hope he will at least not think she is bonkers. She had to go to a PCP the other day and they told her she couldn't have RP. They actually went of the exam room and got a picture to show her what people with RP look like. My sister told them well my sister has had RP for several years and she doesn't look like that!LOL The Doctor just went to a different subject after that.LOL I wish that I could have been there to see that Doctors reaction!LOL Hope your leg gets to feeling better! Dog gone it you have had your share of it and you don't need anymore right now! Is it about time for the special occasion of yours? Are you getting closer to the end of this job that you are doing? Gosh I lose track of time. I know you are suppose to get married sometime this summer!) Take care and know I think of you often! Sending good thoughts and prayers your way! Lots of love Glenda I think that the RP is attacking the vein as it can attack Type II collegen areas, but they don't seem to get it. My GP says call the Rhuemy and then the Rhuemy dismisses it. It's so frustrating to be in constant pain. The only time that I wasn't having trouble with RP was when I wasn't working. I've only been back to work for three months and it's acting up again. Anyhow, this is getting to be a lengthy email. Hope you are feeling well today. Take care, Elaine --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
Hi Glenda, My leg is prety good today. suggested that I start taking molasses as an iron suppliment because the leg pain could be becuse I'm anemic again. I took one tablespoon at dinner and another at bed and one more this morning and my leg feels a lot better. One tablespoon of molasses gives you 20% of your daily iron. It's too bad that your sister has such a misinformed doctor. Sometimes I just want to scream!! Are PCP's like GP's? we call our docs General Practitioners or GP " s. The wedding is coming up on July 21st. Most everything is done, just a few alterations on the dresses and the wedding favors. Oh yeah and the cake. Lord, when am I going to arrange the cake!!! Well work is slowing some I think. Boy, I hate to say that and jinx it. The job is supposed to finish on June 29th, but I've been told that if it's not finished then we have to volunteer. Yeah right! i thought that volunteer meant to willingly do something not be forced. I really have to check my terms and conditions of employment. Well time to go, Take care, Elaine Re: Elaine Elaine, Good to see you post! Sorry to hear that you are having troubles again! Doctors always have to at least act like they know more than we do. Guest guest
Elaine Glad your leg is feeling better. Yes a PCP is a Primary Care Physician. Like a GP. Us with these damn HMO have to have a PCP before we can go to see another Dr. we have to have a referral. Glad you are all ready for the wedding except the cake. Hope you finish the job so you don't have to volunteer to finish it. Like you I thought volunteering meant you wanted to do it on your own free will.LOL Take care and know I think of you often! Guest guest
Hi Glenda, Got that cleared up, we will be getting paid if we work past our contract date, but it looks like it might actually finish on time. Work seemed to slow down but is picking up the pace again. As you can see it's been two days since I've been on line. Hope you are feeling well today. Take care, Elaine

Guest guest
Wow Elaine, Sounds like you just have a wonderful neighbor! NOT!!! Hope you are able to get some sleep soon. It is really hard when you can't sleep. Sometimes the pain is easier to live with just as long as you get the sleep. Sorry to hear that you are flaring! Dog gone it anyway!! Seems like you were doing this same thing about a year ago. Thank you so much for the News letter it was great! I really enjoyed it! You really put in a lot of work on it. Wish you were coming to Okie Land. I so want to meet you. Maybe the next one we will have to have on the west coast! . ) Enjoy your newlywed life and keep us all posted on how you are doing please. Well take care and hope the neighbor thing works out.
