Update and Post op question

Hi there!

I just had my next to final appointment with my Oral Surgeon and he

walked me through what he was going to do to me - and it is ALOT!!

Upper - forward 5 MM

Lower - Forward 3MM

Genio - Back 5MM

Cheeks - Forward - not sure how much.

Wish me luck!!!

In total, my surgery will take about 5-6 hours...which is crazy!!! It

seems like a really long time!!!

I wanted to ask all of your post oppers whether there is a list of

oral hygene products that you prefer that help clean out the mouth

post op - but that don't irritate the stitches???

Or any other products (other and zip and aqueeze) that you guys know

about that really like to aid you in your recuperation?
