Guest guest
I had a b-12 shot after delivery of my daughter, and the reading the next day was 1500 which actually pleased my Dr. So he was not concerned at all and I have done monthly shots since. I let the more learned lab results speak further, but I feel great (with the caveat that I do my protein, iron and other supplements!) Guest guest
JJ congratulations on the new baby. Bet she is so healthy, in spite of surgery, because we eat well and take our vits. I had two girls and now have two granddaughters and one grandson. Ain't life good. Fay Bayuk
Guest guest
I am having a senior moment, because I think I asked this before and can't remember the answer. I give myself B12 shots twice a month. My last reading was 1100, which is high. Can you take too much B12. Fay Bayuk
Guest guest
I think not, because it is water-soluble, so that any excess will be excreted. --Steve At 10:36 AM +0000 12/4/02, Fay Bayuk wrote: >Can you take too much B12.
Guest guest
No safe upper limit has been established for B-12, so you should not have a problem there.
