His doctor gave him an Rx for Neo/pol/dex 0.1% one time, but that doesn't seem to help.He even asked Bill about it when Bill was here for the meeting. The thing that seems to help it. I learned from the doctor that I get my glasses from. He told us to get baby shampoo and just add a few drops to a bowl of water, then take your finger and wash the eyelashes up and down and then side to side and then rinse the eyes. He said to do this everyday. It does help. I guess the eye can't get rid of the oil around the lashes, and it will crust up and by doing this it rid's the eye of the build up . Something simple but it seems to work.
