Meant for the list

Tums vs. citrate

so what is the general consensus here about Tums versus Calcium

Citrate? I know this is not protein but I am wondering what people's

thoughts are on this? I have been told Tum's does not absorb as well

as Citrate.

Betty, The brittle nails is some sort of deficiency but I'm thinking it

is an iron or a B vitamin deficiency. I am almost positive it isn't

calcium. My thought here is that your nails are often checked at the

doctors office for illness so you might want to check with your doctor.
