Guest guest
I may not be the most graceful swan around, but have to admit have not stepped on any toes while dancing. Ok, so I don't dance, but...... I think the question on lack of perception was a good one. Besides the most recent wave of events to come crashing in on me, I have noticed over the past few years that I have been walking into door frames, turn corners too soon and bang into walls. I just thought I needed to get my eyes checked or that I should just slow down and pay attention to what I was doing. Never occurred to me that my center of gravity has changed. Oh and , just thought I'd let you know that we won't be watching the ball drop on New Year's Eve. You're right, can't take any chances of even watching it, so we're going bowling instead. Don't worry, a 14 lb bowling ball is safe in my hands. I've been bowling since I'm five and have a 175 average and have only had two incidents in all that time that resulted in injury, the last being when I was 18. Pretty sure this is probably the safest place for me to be. Have to go get Tim to shovel the walkway. We're getting whopped over here. Squeegees, spatulas and credit cards are not going to do it today. Regina

Guest guest
See, now here in North Central Texas we usually don't even bother with the 10 " of white stuff. We go straight for the 3 " of ice. Melts during the day, refreezes every night. Then there are the maniacs that don't know how to drive on the stuff and are delusional enough to think that they can. Better to just stay inside, lock the doors and stay under the covers and pray the maniacs don't find your house with their car. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs. Guest guest
I am sure my daughter will be more than willing to send the six inches of snow she got in Virginia.. she tried to go to work, and slid right into a ditch.. had to get one of her local wreckers to pull her out.. good thing she is friends with em due to being an ins adj for Geico.. Snow is on the way .. Hugs,
