Guest guest
I must admit that exercise has come quite slow for me. Having had congestive heart failure just prior to wls, it has been hard to get more then just moderate exercise. I was swimming this summer which helped a lot, easier on the joints. I do have an exercise video and was thinking it would be great if I had atleast the hand held weights to do with the video. It would also be something I could do instead of getting out in this wonderful winter weather that has finally decided to stay. Would like to know where to buy weights? Is there one brand that is better then another? Was thinking of starting with 1 or 2 lb weights, is that a good starting place? Are there any other suggestions? I am needing something that I can do at home that is inexpensive. I can usually justify a video or equipment that I can use around the house I just can't justify a trainer and/or gym cost right now.
