Not only was Ken easier to understand on the phone, but his responses came

faster, and he could carry on a very goo conversation with no muttering. We

were always amazed by that.

Hi all,

Just a note, Charlotte was easier to understand on the phone than in person the

last two years. I think that the higher frequency sounds interfere with

understanding and the telephone cuts those frequencies out. The last year we

had

two phones and would call the other room to listen to her.
