Guest guest
Hi Karin.. I give myself B-12 injections. I was a diabetic giving myself several insulin injections daily. The B-12 injections are every bit as easy to do as the insulin. The needle on the syringe is long allowing you to hit the muscle. It doesn't hurt anymore than the insulin, which I always found painless.. it was the glucose testing that hurt! My insurance pay's all but $1.97 for a six month supply of B-12 and the syringes are $0.25 each, but your only using 12 a year.
