Guest guest
I thought, won't hubby be interested to know I might be clearer and understandable in my sleep. He said he already noticed (w/o hearing aids yet), apparently I was talking to my little dog last night (she's getting over a bout with pneumonia). I've been noticing that my food was looking very bleary, not too appetizing, so I've been using my reading glasses when I eat. I eat about half what I used to, but that's not a problem, at least yet. There are so many odd things about this condition. 4 - 6 hours is all I've ever slept for years, and then I was a real light sleeper. Now, I'm up to 6 - 8 and I'm really out. Then usually I have one nap in my chair that I really seem to need for about 30 min. seldom did that before either. Dodie in MO
Guest guest
Greetings Dodie! When in doubt ask a family member if you now snore, in addition to everything else. If yes, consider having the sleep test done. If not, and the problem continues to worsen, then ask your doctor for an overnight study of your blood oxygen level. If it dips below 90% then have a sleep study done. You get the picture. It is a serious/deadly problem. Be aggressive about managing symptoms. Regards, =jbf= B.
