Guest guest
Hi everyone, Thank you to those of you responded to my previous post about keeping track. I am experiencing a lot of headaches lately. Just wondering if being deficient in anything could be the cause? Will see my dr. on monday. Thanks! a
Guest guest
My headaches are almost always a " deficiency " of water. I find that drinking a full liter of water in 30 minutes or so makes almost all headaches go away for me. If the water doesn't help, it's often stress, and getting away from the stressful situation and into a pounding, very hot shower usually helps a lot (though as a single mom of a toddler, this isn't always an option). A few times a year, I have a headache that doesn't respond to either of these non-drug remedies, and then I usually break out some of the leftover pain drugs from my previous surgeries... Tylenol doesn't ever do much for me, I was an ibuprofen gal... so I hit the Lortab or Vicodin and then I'm fine, just fine. I do not email much anymore because it is hard for me to read all of the emails and type. Anyway, I know a lot of you have headaches, which I have also during my illness. I am having them more now just about everyday. I go to bed with them and wake up with them. Just wanted to know if anyone has them that much and that bad. If so what are they doing for them. I take pain meds. for them but it does not help that much. Also has anyone been to Duke Hospital in NC. I went there at first and they told me they did not know much about Neuro sar. they said I would be better off with my Dr. in Greenville NC, which is one of the top Drs. dealing with neuro sar. Any help would be appreciated. Love to you all,
