Guest guest
Hello all, I have not checked in very often lately and I hope everyone is doing well. I have begun seeing Dr. Trentham in Boston and think that he is great. I fly up every three months. If any of you are on methotrexate and want to talk about it, please email me: mluv@... I am still 35 (and holding) and having lots of joint difficulty.
Guest guest
Hi Mike :-) In addition to being an RP expert, Dr. Trentham is also well-known in the www.rheumatic.org group which uses antibiotics to treat rheumatic diseases. Get a hold of a copy of Henry Scammell's book, The New Arthritis Breakthrough, and you will find Dr. Trentham's work mentioned there. You just might be able to talk him into the antibiotic treatment, which I have found to work very well for my rheumatic disease called dermatomyositis and my " might be RP " . Also, this RP group owns both sets of cassette recordings of the two recent physician's conferences on using antibiotics to treat rheumatic diseases. Dr. Trentham was the moderator of the 1999 conference held in New York. (The other one was in 2000 and held in LA and moderated by Dr. A. Franco.) Our cassette tapes are currently at Angie's house and I don't know if she can get to them right now, however. Angie, please know that we're thinking of you and praying for good things to come. Good to have you here, Mike. Take care, Connie H. > Hello all, > .....> I have begun seeing Dr. Trentham in Boston and think that he is > great. I fly up every three months. > ..
