LOL - Friday is pizza night at our house, so I had two slices of a medium cheese

I also had 1/2 of a pieace of pizza and about 3 nacho chips. Then also

started the Christmas baking tonight and had the hot water standing by to

throw all my spoons with the chocolate on them in so it wouldn't go in my

mouth. I just once in a while had to taste test. Uusally on my fingers

thou.

I had a cup of King Ranch Casserole (mostly chicken and cheese), about a cup

of coleslaw.

Lunch was a fried redfish filet, a cup of spinach casserole, and a bite of a

roll.

Breakfast was 2 slices bacon, 2 scrambled eggs with cheese.

On gym days, I have orange juice on the way to the gym, then a ham and

cheese croissant after I workout. It's not unusual for me to have a cookie

in the mid-afternoon.

I've been working in protein mid-afternoon and late at night to try to help

with muscle-building.

Water throughout the day. Getting ready for another protein shake. Just

made hubby his nightly cookies... I bake 6 every night. :-) Never touch

them.

I had three roasted chicken breasts in the freezer -- I thawed them out &

cut them up, added them to 3 bags of frozen vegetables and a couple cans of

chicken broth and a bunch of water and seasonings, and made soup. Let it

simmer all afternoon and had it for dinner. Very satisfying.
