Lunch: About 10 Wheat Thins. Dinner: A fish stick, a cheese stick, a Jalapeno popper, a chicken nuggett and about five Wheat Thins. I'll have a tablespoon or two of Chunky PB and a sugar free peanut butter cup sometimes during the day.. Hmmm, maybe I don't eat as much as I thought I did.
