Any experience with pramipexol (sifrol) ?

Hi, fellow MSA-patients : I have been advised by a neurologist to take Sifrol (pramipexol) three times a day, it is added to what I already take, that is Sinemet and Florinef.

Now I am eager to know if any of you have experience with this medicine. Did it work for you, did it have any side-effects. I understand there has been some concern, because some patients taking Sifrol have been falling asleep quite suddenly. ( Some behind the steering wheel ). If any of you can add anything to this, I will be most grateful.
