The tablet is very small, tastes decent, and dissolves virtually instantly. I bought the bottle at Trader Joes, I believe it has 90 tablets. I will be 2 years out on the 11th of this month and I will need to buy my second bottle in the next few days. Just sharing. I would never, unless my life depended on it, give myself a shot. I avoid shots at all costs, don't even watch them on tv when I know that are fake.
