Happy Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Makes 1 nine inch pie (8 servings)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Bake Time 35-40 minutes

1 Prepared Pie Crust

Filling

1-15 oz. Can Pumpkin Puree

3/4 Cup SPLENDA@ Granular

2 Tbsp. Corn Starch

1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/8 tsp. Salt

1/2 Cup Fat Free Half & Half

1/2 Cup Egg Substitute

3 Tbsp. Heavy Cream

1 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Blend pumpkin puree, SPLENDA@, cornstarch, spices, and salt in a

medium sized mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well

blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3. Pour into prepared piecrust. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set in

the center and the crust is golden brown.
