Guest guest
Carol, Actually, we have 20 of these pads so that we can use more than one on the bed at a time. If you got several, you could spread them out on the bed to cover a larger area if needed. Speedy is much larger than Rob, so we often use more than one to be sure we have covered the area well. I throw ours in the washer on hot water, with detergent and Oxiclean and then a softner in the rinse. (I wash few things by hand.) If they get soiled with bowel, I wash them twice to be sure that we have removed any bacteria. Why do I have so many? Some days we have more problems than others. Some days, I just can't get washing done. This way, we always have pads to use. Some of ours are getting old, but are still doing their job well. We first got them when a grandchild was spending the night with us right often and was still wetting the bed. She was four at the time and is now 16. This process made it more pleasant for her as well. Marilyn
