Guest guest
I read the article on Q10. Today, we purchased a bottle for Kate but the dosage was 120mg. I wonder what dosage has proven to be effective? What was the dosage given to "Blank Dan)?

Guest guest
Bill, The dosage in the article was 1200 mg (four times per day) or 40 of your pills per day. Remember that this is a news article and not the actual paper, they have been known to confuse mg and mcg although they say it is far higher than a normal dose. The best I have found is $22 for 60 - 200 mg pills which would still be about $18 per day. Talk to your doctor before starting anything that drastic. Guest guest
I spoke with Dr. on at Vanderbilt, informally, a few weeks ago. He told us that the current research indicates the patient should take at least 1200 mg a day for success. Guest guest
Hello , I am two years post op and I saw your post. I have been gaining weight, and I am trying to lose back down. I've gained 30 pounds and I am still not at the goal the doctor and I decided on. Can you tell me why you had the two revisions. I'm wondering if that is what I need. Oh, by the way I had an open rny. Thank you for any info you can give me. Hugs,
