Liquid diet

Is there anyone, who was able to quit the liguid diet before the

six weeks were up.

I was only on liquid for one week, while I was banded shut full

time. I went from that to mush foods - the way it goes in the mouth

is the way it goes down the throat, no chewing. I'll be there until

week six, when I'm hoping he advances me to soft-chew.

How long > should I do it?>> Thanks in advance!>I have a liquid lunch pretty much every day; not because I have to but because I like it:I use 1 banana (sometimes 2), an apple (sometimes 2; peeled and cored, obviously), about 1/2 cup of orange juice or other legal juice, some good dollops of yogurt, an egg, other fruit if you wish; and I add legal vanilla and nutmeg to taste. Add some ice cubes. Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. Tastes great, has good nutrition, including protein from the yogurt and egg.
