I'm delighted that you're getting lots of dates.

But you wanna know a secret??? You didn't have to wait until you had

a gorgeous smile to get lots of dates! There are boocoodles of ladies

out there who like nice fellas, whatever their occlusions... Honest!

Congratulations, anyhow. I, too, fare well, and am pleased with my

results. I'm in the acryllic retainers, pretty much 24/7. Would so

much rather have them than the alternative that I don't mind at all.

Hi Cammie,

Thanks for your kind words. You're right, of course. I got dates

before surgery, but it's nice now to get treated like a piece of meat

once and a while.

Seriously, there is no question that the surgery made a physical

improvement. But, to be honest, the biggest change was in my head and

in my confidence level. I was always aware of the problem and used to

try and hide my smile. In fact, didn't even realize it until my

orthodontist pointed it out to me. Now, I find myself more willing to

smile directly at people and so forth. It's a nice change both on the

inside and out.

Best,
