Guest guest
Randy, I'm glad you brought this up. I also need enough food each day so as to not feel deprived and to function at my highest level. I consider my surgery successful not only because of the weight loss, but the added benefit of treating food in a normal, healthy manner. Eating too little, counting calories, etc. robs me of some of my success and alot of my pleasure. Gayle RYN/7-2-00 300/160 ____ Okay, nothing against you Vicki, or anyone else, but I have a question. How in the hell do any of you live, and function on so little food? I would die. I did not have this surgery to punish myself and this eating seems to be punishment.
