Guest guest
I just got back from the medical library. I was doing some research on iron amino acid chelates and stumbled across the article, Ruschton, D. H., Clin Exp Dermatol, 2002, Jul; 27(5) 396-404, Nutritional factors and hair loss. Four things struck in from the article: 1) there is no evidence biotin plays a part in hair loss; 2) there is no evidence zinc plays a part in hair loss; 3) excessive amounts of Vitamin A definitely can cause hair loss; and 4) iron supplementation seems to lessen hair loss. Just thought I would pass it along. Ray Hooks For WLS nutrition info, visit http://www.bariatricsupplementsystem.com
