Guest guest
mine is very different- anything with fiber makes my situ way worse- ER worse. i drink a bottle of magnesium citrate daily. i tried miralax and colightly and kondramil - the latter leaked!!! i still have to use enama bags daily for about an hour or two - i just get in the bath tub- lovely. i use a gardeners knee pad and i hook the bag up to the shower pole. Very clean and efiicienct. then i bathe. it is such a chore but ihave had several perforations and it makes me sooooo sick! hopefully, you don't need all of that. also, iget internal therapy - which means what you think it does. biofeedback with devices and maneuvers to loosen the pelivic foor. ige tthis atleast once a week at my gi's , but many p.t.'s do this now. they also have vaginal for the ladies, too, which helps a lot with bladder emptying. this was so weird for me but i have been doing it for 6 years and i would have had m intestines removed- no joke- and the ovaries and the blasser. i also use antispasmatics ( but they constipate)- nulev, levsin etc- do this before cathing if you get spasms and for gi that's my load down on the ugly waverley
