Not a lot of chest movement and manganism

Hi all. Haven't posted in a while due to other illnesses in the

family but have a couple of questions. complains of shortness

of breath and I've noticed his chest and back have hardly any

movement with respiration. Anyone else experienced this? Also, has

anyone heard of manganism (overexposure to manganese) and can anyone

tell me where I can find further information about it? I can find

lots of environmental information but hardly any medical info. Also,

what about B12? Anyone experienced deficiencies? Any help would be

appreciated. Thanks so much
