Well, group and Marimuse, following is what happened, so I'm trying to send

this again. Is this possibly a problem with Earthlink? Seems someone else

with this service got cut off awhile ago............

I

went

into GNC to buy my protein bars today and noticed this new one....the guy

at

the

store said it was the best tasting one they carry. It is good on protein but

seems a bit high on carbs, especially on sugars. I did try one, and it was

scrumptious....almost TOO good. I think it would NOT be a good idea for me

to

have these around my house, may just be too much of a temptation.

Does anyone know anything about them, and if they should be avoided?

Thanks,

I just know I don't even LOOK at ANY protein bars anymore. They are just way

way higher in carbs and calories than any protein shake, and usually not

much

higher in protein. I figure I get more bang for my buck (and carbs) sticking

to the shakes.

Maybe someone has already pointed this out - but in your original email, you

spelled Earthlink incorrectly (Earthlinnk). That's why it was returned.
