I am writing to request your input on a project that we are working on.

The purpose of this survey is to conduct a feasibility study of a

professional certificate program which would be designed to assure that

health professionals who work with migrant and seasonal farmworkers have

attained a core set of competencies. This program would serve current

and potential staff of Migrant Health Centers as well as HRSA Project

Officers and Program Reviewers.

Participants who submit their response by May 30 will be eligible to
