Coincidentally today is the 1 year anniversary of my gastric bypass surgery. Great timing huh? In that 1 year I lost 135 lbs and reached my goal. WooooHooooooooo!!!! Needless to say I still have challenges every day. I consider the hard work to just be beginning - keeping the weight off!!! Any words of wisdom from longer term post-ops would be much appreciated!!!
