I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO EXPLAIN IT, BUT I AM ON A BETA BLOCKER, AND IT ACTUALLY SEEMS TO HELP. OF COURSE, MAYBE IT'S JUST THE CYCLIC JUNK - BUT I SEEM TO HAVE A MORE STABLE BP NOW - AND MINE WAS DROPPING ROUTINELY DOWN TO 70S OR EVEN UPPER 60S OVER 30S. THEY'VE GOT ME ON THE BETA BLOCKER BECAUSE I'M HAVING DAILY, MULTIPLE MIGRAINES - WHICH TO DATE DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE BENEFITTED AT ALL (MIGRAINES ARE SUPPOSEDLY TRIGGERING TIAS).
