Guest guest
I told people at 3.5 weeks when I found out but with the disclaimer that I have never been able to get passed 12 weeks before so all their good karma and prayers would be appreciated. Now that I am at 24 weeks everybody understands what a miracle this is. People are just unsensitive and unthinking and to tell a pregnant hormonal mom to be she might have a miscarriage is rude in my opinion. Yeah we know it happens but we are still overjoyed at this new life inside of us that we want to share the good news and expect sensitivity and understanding if it all does not work out. - Diane > Hi ~ > I went thru the same thing too. I told everyone early on (at 4 weeks), and > people were telling me that I was VERY early. People kept telling me about > other women that had miscarried and all the horror stories. Some of them even > came from my sister in law (and come to find out she was pregnant when she was > telling me these stories!!!). > > Anyways, my Dad always taught me " dont let the Bast@*s get you down " and > I still try to tell myself that every day! Keep your spirits high and enjoy > your pregnancy, noone has the right to take that away from you!!!! > - > 17 weeks > > >
