Guest guest
An electromyogram was one of the first tests I had to test nerve and muscle function. It's supposed to help show defects and help pinpoint problems with motor nerves. It showed problems but they still had trouble pin pointing them. The movement disorder specialist wanted to see another done later but didn't explain why. It was kind of funny because the rehab doc had just moved into that suite of offices and that was the only room not heated (it was dead of winter), we practically worked under a blanket. At the time I was in a lot of pain partly after falling so often, and she determined that I had multi levels of pain. I thought that was interesting, once that was resolved, I had no more pain.
