Guest guest
Hey Gang, Did anyone see last night's episode of ED? One of the characters on the show is going to undergo gastric bypass surgery. Should be an interesting story line. It's on at 8 PM. I also missed the plastic surgery makeover on Primetime. I saw their before pix, but missed the afters cause I had to watch the final episode of the Sopranos. I did hear that it will probably cause a run on PS, tho. ) in NJ
Guest guest
>> Actually I read somewhere where the young actor has had the surgery in real life. I think this is going to be written into the story as well, probably to explain his rapid weight loss that is sure to start soon. >> If you watch ER, you will have noticed that the one nurse has dropped a lot of weight, she is african american, very short hair, one of the middle age nurses - i don't know her name. but the only mention i heard was on the first show when they showed her as 'thin' another nurse said 'how much have you lost' and she said 80lb. i just thought she must have had surgery because who loses 80lb in about 6mo while the show isn't taping? sue
Guest guest
Sue, You are right about that Nurse on ER. I remember hearing some reference to her when they were doing the Al Roker interviews.
