last little bit of swelling...

hi, guys... anyone have suggestions on getting rid of the last little

bit of swelling. its barely there, but bad enough to annoy me. i

was on a video for a co-worker's 40th birthday and when i saw myself

on camera, i was shocked to see how puffy my face still looks. now,i

know that cameras aren't very forgiving, but i almost felt

embarrassed that i've been walking around like this still. lol!

my OS said that heat is good for pain and swelling, but i'm still

applying heat with no benefits. i just wondered if anyone had some

miracle remedy for this.
