Guest guest
I have been having some marginal success with headaches and the facial palsy. I believe that they begin in the gums. I have no periodontal disease, but the headaches usually appear when I get that whitish coating on my tongue. I have been using perioguard to keep my mouth clean, along with some probiotics and prebiotics. But here is what I was hoping that those of you with headaches would try: The next time the headache appears, use a Stim-U-Dent (a little piece of wood) and massage the gums. The pain of the massage will feel oddly good, and a little blood may spill. But the headache pain should dissipate. I am trying to get that stuff in the mouth analyzed. Let me know. Heidi OK, Heidi.
