Vera, I forgot to mention that when I went with my parents to a hotel in the

Catskills for my mom's 70th birthday, she was in a wheelchair. In order to

get anywhere, we had to wheel all around the hotel, including outside, in

and out of parts of the hotel I am sure others never found out existed. We

were lucky the weather was good all weekend for the outside part of the run.

Some of these places are totally inaccessible. Also, they put us in the

basement (their " handicap " room was there--my parents had a leak, too, and

had to move).

Before these places open, they should stick the owner's spouse in a

wheelchair and make the owner wheel him or her around. Debbie
