Did you know that Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is recognized by many

different charitable organizations?

1. SDS/MSA Support Group (USA)

2. National Dysautonomia Research Foundation (USA)

They consider MSA to be a dysautonomia (disorder of the autonomic nervous

system)

Their next Patient Conference will be held in Washington DC July 18-20, 2002

3. National Ataxia Foundation (USA & Canada)

They consider MSA to be a non-hereditary form of ataxia. Ataxia is a

symptom of many neurological disorders and refers to loss of balance and

coordination.
